Personally, I agree with the full stealth, only breaking with combat. I also want a smoke bomb escape, like the ranger backflip or mage blink.
Spy networks should be created by rogues and either allow all classes, only rogues and bards, or be strictly only rogue
Rogues are the least interesting class, they must get total invisible or else there is literally no point.
I would like their resource cost to be higher if attacking while Camouflaged or Stealthed.
They should have access to Camouflage, and Stealth.
The Rogue class is all about Oppotunity and Ambush. If they dont have full stealth and escape mechanics that invovle stealth mechanics then they are just a bad Fighter class.
In which case, why play a Rogue when u can play a Fighter.
