Alpha 2 live stream was the same day has alpha 2. The new dungeon live stream is the same day of the new dungeon. So I would not be surprised if the rouge and rouge live stream happen the same day.

I think the reason for one server per region is to pit so many people into conflict/node destruction that the content will make itself. Steven wants to see the world burn!
