Will Riots MMO kill Ashes of Creation?

It's a little premature don'cha think? We literally know nothing about thr Riot MMO, so many questions need to be asked and answered. But from what I am seeing so far the answer is a resounding No.
At this point, ashes will kill itself for the delays. It's been on the development for 5 years excluding 2015 when Steven decided to start Intrepid and AOC.
You guys are right, Riot's MMO will be another theme park MMO and I hope it will be good but that's like a long time from now. Fans of Riot acting like a cult when we haven't even seen any gameplay.

Of course it will. Riot will bring a new Era of MMOS. Add every MMO player base together and its like 5% of the player base of league of legends. The game will literally have 20x the funding of Ashes of Creation. No one will be able to compete.
My expectation is that for PvP hardcore players, there will be Ashes, for more casual PvE players, there will be Riots MMO
No it won't, Ashes will kill Ashes. From their business model to their always on PvP, from their no loot drops (BiS is crafted) to their Path of Exile like herculean blindness to implementing QoL issues. I hate to say it, this isn't 1999 and IMHO Ashes is doomed from the start no matter how good or smooth the launch goes.
People said the same thing about new world , the game could be awesome but if unpolished at release with performance issues like most games released this day and age the game will die because of itself. The only thing that will kill AoC is AoC
