A common question asked in the Ashes of Creation community is “Will a large guild be able to take over an entire server?” In truth, there isn’t a perfect answer to this, but I am definitely going to share my own thoughts on the matter given what we know about the game’s mechanics!

I don't think a mega guild will dominate an entire server. The world will be so vast that hopefully there will options for locations though they may not be ideal. They will definitely control a region and possibly a couple of them may control most of the map but I am holding out hope that their influence will be limited.
Very informative video, the prospect of a single guild controlling the entire server is daunting. However as you mentioned internal strife may prevent this to some extent, and intrepid studio's may implement other functions to further prevent a large coalition between mega guilds.
