I'm holding out hope that the highlight of the stream will be the announcement of spot tests. They did say during the AMA they might start spot testing before the end of the year
its cleric, they mention cleric 2 months ago and they tend to leak things 2 months in advance :p they tend to give hints 1-2 months before the live stream they reveal things, he flat out said clerics 2 months ago so yeah definetly due for cleric class reveal going by there trends

If you go to the AOC twitch account there is an announcement for the upcoming stream with concept art of a 3 person group walking next to a river. A tank, a cleric and the third one I can't identify. So you are right. We will see a little group combat and the healing powers of the cleric in action. But I agree also that Steven made it sound that they show us something else really big. Or a big announcement? We will know in 2 days!
Tbh I just want some melee combat to animation lock specifically melee weapons or any weapon if you using a tower shield tbh cause it just makes sense to me
I'm going to be that negative nancy person here, the streams over time even though they were great has only shown how far they are from finishing the game. No announcement of A2 and I think they've only hired few people to ramp up AOC development. Given the scope of the game, and streams' showcases, I don't think they're halfway. I hope I'm very wrong and it comes out on 2025 but I doubt that, otherwise it will simply be buried with other games.
