  12. bro please take care of yourself. imagine how nice it would be mentally for you to have a clean room/house once alpha 2 goes live and you can start sitting down in the morning/noon and focus on covering or playing it with that burden off your shoulders. I understand it's a process and a huge hurdle to get started mate, I've been there. My room looked exactly the same for a period. but the relief is insane once that is done. and I know that you'll still deal with all the other shit in your mind, but it's a start, seriously.
    there are many options. ask for help from family or pay for help. or do it all by yourself, start with 5 minutes a day. or 5 minutes every 4 hours. or make a list for 5 easy things you do every day (clean desk, clean floor) etc.. and you consider those tasks done everyday after just a couple of minutes – the tasks don't have to be finished or perfect, but with time it will become perfect.
    don't let it spiral further
    don't go denying or downplaying or giving a different perspective or anything in your next video. take this advise, I don't expect a reply or anything, just know it comes from a good place and from the outside it looks like you need some encouragement. I believe you have the energy to do it, I believe in you.
