I think we're really overestimating how long and how much work it took to get the Riverlands to where it is. I really doubt it's taking 1.5+ years worth of man hours to develop a biome lol. Even less so that the Desert is next and that it's not done and nothing is being developed (or even largely finished) asynchronously.
I can't wait until my build ends up sucking ass.
