I have read the wiki but am still not 100% sure. Does the gathering eg. mining need to be grandmaster to get the highest ores? THen grandmaster stonemasonry to cut the best ores? Then grandmaster to jewel cut the best gear with those ores? So even if you only want to only make jewelery you still cannot self farm and craft the best ( ore based ) gear? OR everyone can gather the best raw materials but to process them and craft with them you need the grandmaster. Im trying to work out if i would need to be grandmaster in 2 of those ( processing and crafting )and then have to sub contract 1 of those to someone else.( gathering ) due to the character not being able to physically gather the best ores. The first mmo in a long time i have been keen for. Fingers crossed it will be released within 4 years.
If I'm to test a game and provide feedback I shouldn't have to pay, instead I should be the one who is getting paid.
That said, excited to watch some twitchers play A2 and see how the game is shaping up.
Just one point you should really be caught up with; guilds do not own or control nodes, all the citizens do. Nodes are factions and guilds may be groups within the faction, but generally guilds cannot give themselves any special rights, profits or privileges in a node.
