  1. I think they missed a huge opportunity with the summoner. They reduced it to a pure pet class. Can't they summon a weapon or armor? Perhaps summon a protective dome. Or a lightning storm? Or even a spirit. And why can't you summon an active clone. Huge miss…

  2. Having a secondary weapon means you won't be defenseless. As for gis take about power being split, thats exactly the opposite of what Steven has stated. Summoner is the type of play style that is definitely unique and not for everyone though.
