  1. I don't think secondary respecs should be dependent on random drop. Now, if the rare drop offered an option to bypass the process.

    I am looking forward to repecs to fit certain roles on quests, then roll back to normal. It would not be fun to grind for the rare drop, come up empty, and not be needed on the quest.

  2. Tough one to balance. Not just the secondary archetype but the talent choices. Personally I like committing to a spec, really not a fan of people bouncing between specs like it's nothing.
    That said we should be allowed a little grace early on to experiment, but then make it very non-trivial to change later.
    Might not be popular but personally I like it when talent choices are a firm part of your character identity, rather than something too changeable.
