  1. It's a flawed system, your level should be added to the first roll, or at least influences it in some way. Right now, artisan level only determines what gear you can equip.

  2. This really just does not feel good as-is. With static-rarity nodes, it just leads to timer-camping. With Hunting, it leads to harvesting for literally weeks on end and never seeing a single legendary, because it's nearly impossible for them to even exist.
