Just FYI at 25:53 you mentioned the thing about having to open up the notes, if you press T on your keyboard it will instantly read the note without you having to press E. Also, the reason you are at level 50 logging and woodworking is because of the architype you chose at the beginning of the game, they give you a base level of 50 to start out based on what you choose.
