  2. I am back after sometime of being busy. Watched all your videos that i missed. Amazing and informative videos as always brother. Lets see how ashes brings the freehold concept. Steven is seriously considering every aspect from every mmo game and i hope he gives us the best mmo.

  4. I have literally negative hope for all things relating to cosmetics, wether its armors, mounts or houses when it comes to AoC. they're really shooting themselves in the foot with all this garbage.

  5. UO had a super fun mechanic called IDoC (In Danger of Collapsing) houses that people would camp all day to get all the loot inside them.
I was kind of hoping that AoC would make a system like this but have NPC houses that slowly collect resources and collapse if the node dies.

  6. Absolutely agree with the idea that we should have as little in Freehold skins as possible. Keep all or at worst most of the appearances in-game achievable. Making them purchasable as an in-game gold sink with some attainable with professions, others linked to challenging achievements would be perfect.

Really I would like this to be the case for anything cosmetic, as you said the game has a monthly sub and so why not make this the case for most.

The truth is we will never stop an in-game shop from coming, but as long as they stay true to their word of the quality being lower than what is in-game achievable (as we can see the monthly freehold skins look pretty damn good, are we going to have an expansive selection of in-game achievable options?), and that there is a much higher quantity available in game achievable, then a handful being on the store I don't really mind, but they have to stay true to these conditions.
