  1. That's likely the best breakdown I've ever seen, thank you sir. I suck at PvP and even I know better than to do what Enveus was doing.
My 100% "gut feeling" on this is that the majority just don't know how to play their class. As a healer I'd be letting them die and RES them as I could until they learned. LOL

  2. This is why I think the belief in the zerg is misplaced. Player collision, the use of choke points, and AoC reducing the power of AOE damage, will defeat zergs. A well co-ordinated 40 player raid at a choke point with sufficient tanks, will be able to defeat 10 times their number of a rabble zerg. Or at least I think that is one design goal for the game.

  4. What's the tank purpose is when he is just diving in ? I understand the chain grab utility, but what threat does the full tank diving in dude has for the ennemy ? Like the moon icon guy around 25 min mark

  5. The fact that it isn't a lag fest with this many people on screen in an Alpha is huge. Thanks for the commentary and explanation of things! Keep up the great work look forward to seeing more of your content.

  6. 3:05 totally agree, I've been playing fighter and the reality is, its simply not worth trying to force weapon combos with a melee weapon if you're going to just die/burn too many resources.
If anything I feel like even saving leap strike to get out after going for executes would be the move.

  7. I've played a ton of albion and this is the first time watching a large coordinated zvz in albion. Is AoE damage just not good enough to coordinate big engages? Instead of just yoinking and single targeting. Seems like if everyone is single target builds they would fold to a just full zug-zug brawl comp.

  8. Winning 2 out of 3 fights is impressive. Winning 9 out of 10 fights is superiority. Winning 90 out of 100 fights is flexing. I listened to global chat when this was going on and I've never heard so much whining from guilds that BOTH exploited their way to 18+. That's the equivalent of a cheater in an FPS shit talking after being killed by another cheater.

  9. this is what fights used to look like in DAoC. zerg fights are mindless fun, but 8v8 is more competitive. there's a lot of room for different group compositions that dictate positioning/tactics. AoC has a lot of potential.
