  1. Like i said, the player character movement needs to be improved. The back walk should have significantly lower speed than forward. Similar case for running diagonally should be a little less than running straight. This makes strafing and turning around and running more impactful.

    Also the animation from movement to a stop needs to be shown physically by player leaning forward, slight flail and then stop. Similar case for stop to movement should be a windup of character. I hate to bring it up but gw2 does an amazing job with this. Every movement has windup to it. Small race's player have to do a flip to jump and they flail their hand around if they go from running to a stop etc. I think ashes should have at least that kind of standard for animations because it gives the races a lot of flavour because each race moves a bit differently animation wise but are exactly the same speed and performance wise, only the look is different.
