Alpha 2 is just months away. Well.. it should be at least if Intrepid hits that quarter 3 deadline they have been promising us for the last 6 months. But is is possible for A2 to still be pushed back into quarter 4 or later?

I think if they delay, it'll hurt a ton & since we're so close to being able to play, most will lose motivation to even keep following the project.

I certainly think they will have issues as every release does, but I don't like this argument floating around comparing the number of PI testers to A2 testers. Sometimes a bug is just a bug. You fix it for 1 your fix it for everyone. I'll reiterate that I expect there to be issues at A2 launch, I just don't like building these arguments off a linear scale from PI testers to A2 testers. The increased number of testers will certainly bring new issues but it's not directly related to what happened in the node wars testing then scaled to be worse.

I think k it would hurt the image more to delay. Plus most of A2 testers paid a lot to be there. No one in their right mind is going to play with wow or pax dei or throne and liberty if A2 is an option for them 😂

I fully expect day 1 of Alpha 2 to be a train wreck and I'm perfectly okay with that. It is the whole point of an alpha after all
Do I THINK it will be delayed? YES, will they hit their mark. I hope so, but this whole project is running on hope for me so I might as well stay optimistic.
How are they going to fit a full server into alpha 2 if theres only going to be a couple biomes at the start?
