I have a decent cpu 12700, and ddr5, and an ssd, but I'm lacking in a video card. I have a 5600xt which as I understand is close to a 2060. Can anyone tell me what I'll find if I try to run the game on low settings?

im not really sure what AOC's plan for people like pirate software will be. I get it you know? They want to foster a large community and I'm all for that, but with player counts per server supposedly being 10k, i'm not really certain how feasible that will be overall. As it stand the Actual pirates discord is 3k+ strong. That is…a very large amount of influence in a game where the supposed server cap is 10k. thats a third of the population dictated towards 1 overall group. Now, it could be that the other 2/3 of the population bands together to fight off the huge empire that we can assume actual pirates will create, but that would take a considerable amount of coordination, time and effort. Again, I'm all for the player driven politics but I am worried that it will create a very uncomfortable environment within those servers. Its a very "if your not with us, your against us" situation. The answer to this just can't be "if you don't like it move to a different server" It can happen on other servers as well, who's to say a person like asmongold or esfand or soda poppin, just naming a few off the top of my head, do a similar action on other servers as well. Its rough, I don't know what the solution would be. Maybe distance as a defense will be the answer since they game world is "massive" but even if it is…idk, I feel passionately about this because myself and many others within the ashes of creation community feel like its gonna be unbalanced. What are your thoughts on it? Is this something that you think is being overblown or is it something that is a real threat to the longevity of the game?
Would really like to see mouse character movement improved. Turning as it is is way too sluggish. One thing that would help is a mouse sensitivity setting you can increase to your preference.

As a new player to the Alpha this week – the Vyra suggestion was spot on. I was hearing from a few people in chat that their experience was better than on the fresh start realm Castus. Thanks for dropping this video – it hit right as I was in character creation and influenced my choice.
I agree with the lyneth server description. That being said as far as I'm aware actual pirates (the piratesoftware guild(s)) are not first in anything xD. They aren't mayor in any nodes, not the highest level etc. But yeah if you want to chill out I'd not recommend it. Their community is really nice nonetheless.
