I liked the video, bruv. In terms of performance, it is a little choppy on your end. Especially the screen tearing seems very prevalent. Maybe there are some settings that could help you with that.
Your local graphics issue seem to have nothing to do with the game, but rather with your own setup. I agree that the defaults of a game should just work fine for everyone, and it will take time for the game to support really janky setups.
