  2. I think multiple servers will offer a variety to alts from world to world. Also it hinders static info releases. With one server all cities will be static, node quests will be the same, amd locations will be well known. With multiple servers with different worlds all these eill be different from one server to the next. Sure over time the info will be released but it will take time and possibly chznge over time. And Stephen is looking for over 1 million users at launch (they have more than that in accounts currently) and I am not sure how the current world would handle that many players. So the One server idea probably has been considered but they went another way.

    Asmondgold compares everything to WoW which is expected. Also Ashes will have active GMs that wow does not have and his mention of factions, I am sure he knows that Ashes doesn't have factions. And when he says pvp games die, he is overlooking that ALL games die over time, a false correlation.
