This week’s episode aims to answer the question “What Are Nodes in Ashes of Creation?”
This is the first part of my Ashes of Creation Node series in it I am going to be doing an in-depth look at what nodes types there are, what the node stages are, how many nodes are there in the Ashes of Creation Map, how to advance a node, how is the node layout affect and what factors affect the layout of the nodes, What is node citizenship in Ashes of Creation and what are the benefits of being a citizen, What buildings can be built in a node and what is node reputation and how can it affect the player.
This is a two-part video with the second part covering additional information on the node system in Ashes of Creation.
Follow the series along as I dive deep into all the core systems that have been revealed in Ashes Of Creation Alpha 1 and in Pre-Alpha and get some of the answers to your questions.

I do wonder how many new followers have any idea about the real depth and detail so far.
The vets dont. They openly admit they worry if Intrepid can pull such depth and detail off.
I am not worried, as long as there is a cohesive framework as its foundation, that locks everything together in a simple and logical way.
Otherwise this game will fast become a piecemeal buggy mess, that not even the devs understand.
I would just say that diagrams can aid in explanations.
Otherwise the author moves on, before you can digest and understand and wrap your head around the details and complexities.
Then you have to choose between partial understanding and keeping up.
Timestamps can help for the same reason, if you wish to jump back and go to other specific topics.
(As opposed to view the whole video again, to find what you didnt understand the firts time).
Trust you instinct and make videos of topics that you like with Ashes, even tho they are niche. I do understand that if the goal is to grow the channel it is tempting to "follow the rules" and make mainstream videos, but then again how do you stand out? When a niche topic catches the masses interest and you have a video for it you will get a lot of attention 😉
I follow Narc and the Ashes HQ for Ashes content. Those two channels are completely different, but they cower mostly the same stuff. In the upcoming months, Ashes will hopefully get a lot more attention and more channels will pop up. so what's your plan to stand out from the crowd? 😉
