I was more positive with Ashes but changed my opinion during this update and with some feedback from other people. I support Steven ideals, and the game mechanics, philosophy, etc. Sadly, the game had a previous delay or promise not fulfilled in 2016 and now we are in 2023 with another alpha that seems 2025 I think? and then beta tests and so on, even if everything goes smooth, by the time the game is out it will have hard competition. From visual perspective, characters and ground look already outdated, I said this long ago, their character artist is not good, some visual effects on skills are also bad, some are very nice, but while graphics is not the most important thing, it is part of the game and experience specially in a game like this. Also, the guy that went flying into the sky and the other guy that got stuck forever in the ground, those bugs in a presentation of a game that "will be 70% done in alpha 2" it's a bad sign. The game mechanics, ideas, design all of that is great, and I will support the game but I can't advice financial support and sadly, if this game fails, it will harm all mmorpg genre, so I hope it goes as best it can.
