  2. I'm amazed if anyone thinks that PVP doesn't belong in MMORPGs. Most of the old games in the genre are hardcore PVP; not to mention WoW, arguably the most popular MMO in terms of how well known it is by people who don't play video games.

  3. Pvp focus is pretty cool, I love it. The caravans seem like the best system for it IMO. Huttball was my favourite thing about the old republic, so I hope we get some interesting BGs. Not really looking forward to the zergy seiges ATM.

  4. I’m stoked for this.. you either coordinate/make allies or master the art of going solo or somewhere in between.. I also am hoping for a player mission/bounty system

  5. I don't remember him saying that everything would dispear from bank if you lost in node siege wars. He just said you'd lose a portion/half of what is in your bank I believe the rest went back to you but in your inventory since you no longer have a bank as you no longer have a home node or it just disappears. But if I remember correctly he said you'll lose half and the rest goes back to your inventory. I love pvp and don't mind the risk and reward but I do think that at least the remaining materials that don't get taken after a lost in a siege war should just go back to the person's inventory. There's still the risk of dying again and losing more mats until he finds another node to make his home and drop off the mats there just my opinion.

  6. Great video! You did forget about the Bounty hunter…as soon as you become corrupted, a dot appears in the Military node on the mini map of every Bounty Hunter, showing where you are located. I'm 100% certain that the Bounty Hunters will have a leader board, and you will be hunted down. That in itself creates a very interesting cat and mouse game of survival. Also, forget about hiding in a city because the city guards will know you are corrupted as well, and they will kill you on sight as soon as you enter the city.
Heck, there is enough world pvp happening that you shouldn't even bother with just ganking people for no reason. But I'm sure about the first 2-3 weeks the asshats are going to try and "push" the system to its limit. After about a month, I think things will settle down to normal and the true spirit of the game will move forward as intended.
We do know that corruption stays with you after death, and if want to try and log out and let it bleed off it won't. You have to grind the corruption off you're toon, and good luck with that while you're location is known to every Bounty hunter on the server and city guards.
For the people "afraid" of dying, it's pretty easy, hire someone to go with you while you gather, mine, etc. I might also suggest you partake in some of the games you're playing Battle Grounds, so you can get a crash course of pvp, and experience dying first hand in a controlled "instanced" environment.
Keep the vids coming! This was a good one!
