I think that DPS meters or something that says how much damage you are doing vs armor levels or things like that are good for many different reasons. 1st off if they patch or change something this will be helpful if players start thinking that something is off due on their damage. Plus I have played enough games where they have buffs that do % increases that just mess up your damage or are not doing what they should be doing and this would help for people to point this out. 2nd like you where saying if you have a DPS check on a boss. Well you have to make sure that everyone that is DPS is doing the most. This is true in any WAR or FIGHT RL or computer if you cant do the damage you are going to "Got Knocked the Fugg out".
