Sweet man ive been wanting to give this a shot. I guess im level 20 now with gear so i cant really use it anymore tho.
my only question is what level of enchanting starts unlocking a visible glow or effect on the item. do you have to max it out? what is max, +10 ?

I've wanted to understand the options menu, optional targeting choices, more. Unfortunately (up to this point, and to the extent of my knowledge/understandings) there are not in depth explanations of these options/choices in game, and/or (that I've experienced) discussed in YouTube content that I've consumed, up to this point.
