Hmmmm gathering can be very long wonder how it will be fun

GW2 kind of had a limitation for gathering… once you gather from a node, you had to wait till the next day to gather. However, players are able to just jump to another instance of the same map and gather from the same nodes again. Or switch characters and gather from the same instance. So, it kind of made that limitation useless. BDO's limitation seems like it would work great, except for the P2W crap… what if they did something similar, except you could go into town and hang out in a tavern/pub to restore your energy MUCH faster?

and that flowers, veins, trees and so on are not having the same spawn point?

Great video! You're intros are legendary! I think the resource flooding will be someone mitigated by the processing skills. I also hope they have a material that gets gathered with herbs or something that then can be processed into cloth instead of having it as a drop.
I was never bothered by energy because I play very casual, but I would rather they have a reputation system that works like reverse energy. You do work to build up energy or reputation and spend those points to buy perks, tools, or rare side quest.
The game has to have a very limited amount of resources if they want players to socialize, problem solve, and engage in mutual pvp.
If everyone just puts their head down and grinds for resources the game wont grow.
Most fun I had in Archage was when everyone was planting trees in the wild to grow wood and the game would flag you for stealing someone's tree. Issue was the grow time was just way too long and people would just rob you on smurf accounts.
If harvesting someone else crops is even possible in AoC I would hope that it would drain your reputation points by a lot and the only way to get them back is honest gameplay.
