I do want to be a mayor of a religious node, since I build roads IRL so I have a interest in city design. Plus my play stile is more of warden ranger where I lay claim to a area to protects and don't like to travel. also it hard to have a farm if your wandering all over the game world. So I hope to be a Tulnar beastmaster with a farm in a node that I run. and doing the questing necessary to maintain mayorship of a religiou node plays right into protecting my chosen land
I see a mayor as being part of the larger guilds. There will be certain decisions that benefit one guild or another.
Mayors of nodes, themselves, do not get flying mounts. Flying mounts will go to the mayors or guild leaders of castles and of metropolises. Otherwise, we will have over 80 flying mounts in the game.
