I think the arena should be cross server for sure but i would like to see in-server tournaments in military nodes to figure out who is the best in the server
burns does great editing, but I love the differences in each of yalls content. It's nice to get all those different styles of streams/vods.

A possible solution to preventing a stagnation between vassals might be to have a system where the first to reach max level is the parent node but every month the level 4 vassal nodes with the most xp will automatically become the parent node.
This will keep the world changing and in fighting at a minimum. Most player i think would like to see the world change and will change citizenship to the vassal node that they want to see the world evolve in.
Most likely the original parent node will have a massive guild and so long as they choose to all remain citizens there they stand a strong chance of remaining the parent node at the end of the month.
However there would still be the option for the smaller guilds in different vassal nodes to band together temporarily changing citizenship to a single vassal node to have it progress.

There is a timer on when you can siege a metro so if they fail it will be a while before It can be sieged again. Am I mistaken on this?
Even world of warcraft had to have "battlegroups" where they grouped servers in pvp ques to make it playeble. same server only with 10k players online and like 1% doing arenas is going to make matchmaking impossible so rating is kinda pointless on server only.
Im ready to see some wand combos on the desert world boss!
For qued battle grounds I definitely want to see server leader boards with various statistics covered. Healing, damage, K/D ratio etc.
Im definitely down for rank based ques that put players against ppl on their skill level. I think something like this occures in ESO. I created a new character and geared it out and got 45 kills in one BG. The more i did BGs i started getting put with more ppl on my level as my pvp rank went up because getting that many kills got much harder lol
Id also like to see the cross server BGs only occur when players reach max pvp rank and have another leader board viewable comparing cross server game play.
Keeping player skill level as close as possible in BGs makes it more fun for casuals. Nobody wants to be two shot over and over by sweats every-time they BG.
If you don't want to wait for arena Que, you can always go to the Sea and kill fishermen.🤣 JK (I posted to soon, I kept watching and you blew up my joke)👍
