  1. Good evening my glorious Ashes community. As promised I’ve re-recorded todays preview of the Alpha Two Tank archetype.

Traditionally I’ve tried to take the approach of discovery for newer viewers of our game, but going forward the feedback I’ve heard loud and clear from the community is to be more definitive and curated in the conversation as well as my gameplay.

If you prefer this style of update, leave your comments below.

As always, this is a work in progress both in art and design. Our goal is to test and collect your thoughts and experiences to make a glorious experience that you can be proud to call Ashes.

    Much love ❤️

  2. Will there be a target marking system for group play? That way a tank can mark a priority target for the dps to focus on so aggro doesn't get too spread out, for instance.

  3. This looks beyond what I could ever imagine to be a possible outcome for this game (and it's not done yet!). Truly incredible work. I thought I'd never gonna have this magic feeling again after World of Warcraft back in 2005 but now I'm super optimistic to be blown away once again by a video game. Thanks guys! 🤩🤩🤩🥰

  4. I'd really love to see some sort of passive blocking. Active blocking is great but I would like to see the have a percentage chance turn away blows passively as well

  5. Just wanted to say thank you for the upload, always excited to see what changes month to month and the progression of the game as well as how you receive feedback and implement it. The only suggestion I have is a UI or a status effect showing how many stacks of courage are present that can be converted to grit. Thanks again for the amazing update!

  6. Combat animations are very flashy I think it's gonna be a mess in group fight. Makes it look like a kid game to my point of view. Every sword swing has a lightning flash animation, imagine 10 vs 10.

  7. İs there any dark places? Everywhere looks like a holiday paradise.. even graveyard wasnt so dark enough… wow has atmosphere changes when you enter to another land… is there anything like that in ashes? Tank looks good.. he cant keep aggro much , seems going to be ok with time. Nice showcase ! Show us more pls.

  8. I'd really prefer the effects toned down as well. Hard to see the combat. But yes, the new footage is at least better. I get the work in progress and appreciate the sneak peaks but I'm hopeful next month's stream will be improved and ready this time. Environment looks good and armor/weps look good. Why friendly nameplates dark orange?

  9. I loved the previous videos but this one disappointed me. Too much flash in the combat, too much color tones, the result is more cartoon and messy. By the way, the sideways run is something I'd change or remove. Overall great work except those "little" problems — for me.
