Why is a guy on here that didnt even play? played fortnite……..
I think I saw that they found a performance bug in the mob worker process/server, that they hope to have fixed.
I want to point out we're seeing with mayor's what needs to happen in a region. Cooperation for the ability to craft and gear people properly.
Once things spread out more we will see the regional factions emerge.
Probably should clarify that node citizenship is intended at launch to be account based per realm.
So the citizenship cooldown will effect all characters eventually.
IMO would be fun to see old school style mmo solution, only Ranger class has tracking which shows mobs on the mini map and possibly even map.
Steven’s death reminded me of when someone managed to kill Lord British during the Ultima Online beta test in like summer of 97’ afterwards Lord Blackthorn started summoning demons and just murdering everyone. One of my favorite memories from MMOs to this day.
DYGZ makes it hard for me to watch this channel. What a kill joy.
every single day it seems to get better and better, the team really knows what they are doing with the data collected for sure.
You have to think about how difficult it is to hear an honest opinion. Most people who play the Alpha have already invested $500-600 and are also emotionally invested. It's a shame that they couldn't let people test the game without a bias, but I suspect that was done on purpose. There were people on Kickstarter who invested $2500 and they will certainly have a bias.
The question is whether the game is good. It's completely clear that if you play something new with several people then everything is fun. But that depends on the people you play with and not really on the game.
And how the game differs from Alpha 1. There are more than 3 years between Alpha 1 and 2.
I hope there are people who can honestly assess the status of the game, what was promised and what is really there.
They're only interested in money. I think it's really reprehensible to charge people money to test their alpha. Normally you would pay people to do that. But I guess they're taking advantage of the hype and people who buy it don't realize they're still working for them.
