I agree there are bugs. Many quest issues. From not getting credit to map not showing where to turn in a quest.
The foundation of the game is solid. Intrepid is fixing bugs very fast.
I am looking forward to Alpha 2 Phase 2.
As a solo player, I am super irked at the early game. 3 weekends in and I'm still only lvl 7 on my highest character. Can't farm mats, can't quest, can't grind well.

I agree. It has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed, and the performance needs to improve. I'm glad Intrepid doing their job and always listening to community feedback.
More years for Intrepid to make the MMO we waiting for too long. I hope we can enjoy this game.
Totally agree on enemy leashing especially in parties. I got mobbed by a lot of mobs died and I think they’re programmed to run to the nearest party member and my mate was nowhere nearby because when I respawned they just ran in and killed me again. They never regened health but i was getting killed fast and they were higher levels then me. Ended up with 30k exp debt but at least i had a good levelling spot to recover it but it still took me an hour

there will be areas in the game with tons of copper, like a copper mine, and you will have guilds trying to monopolize the resource point and then funneling caravans from there to nodes with almost no copper, this will create a huge merchant community and economy dependant cities.
Maybe a city lacks access to the sea and they need tons of fresh sea fish and they have to wait for merchants to visit the city to stock up for their guild etc,
its a social sandbox game where things like this make a living breathing world, this wont be a game where everyone can just do everything all over the place. This games structure is closer to EvE online than it is to World of Warcraft or New World.
If you have played games like Darkfall, Archage or Linage you might find some similarities as well.
