I hope they make a really massive world with many many areas and keep making more and more areas after release. I would love to see a dark thick forest biome or an Avatar(movie)-like super thick jungle biome.
With all the major reveals recently, and knowing that they don't show much of what they have done, I do believe we can expect Alpha 2 sometime next year, likely mid 2023
My first thought of the Tulnar reveal was the Rampage arcade game. They do look amazing though.

Alpha 2 will be persistent until launch and even past it. As Alpha 2 servers will become the PTR.

Such a great video today from the team. Unreal 5 was such a great decision and it's starting to pay off. These artists are spending more time being creative and fine tuning assets. I do fear that some players with low end computers may not be able to experience the full potential of AOC. Talk about the fear of missing out. 🤪 I don't think I'd want to play this game on just low to medium settings.
I'm down for that.

I am so torn. Two races I love: Orcs and Lizard people. Both are in the game, and I can only main one.
Just a heads-up, you say "land flow" tool at 4:39, but I'm 99% sure they call it "landform".
They really nailed the Orcs and they seem to be going with a far east flavor with clothing, tattoos, and buildings. Going to be tough to decide on my main character. They all look good.

2:42 sorry but having played official Silkroad for over 5 years and countless private servers, that's never been an issue. The biggest issue with Silkroad's caravans (trades) was the P2W (immortal Cash Shop transports), no incentives (low rates, you'd be better off gold/h wise botting) and the stupid P2W return scrolls. Betrayal was never an issue.
The Tulnar look cool and all but I'm more hyped over the caravan rework and the desert biom. What really gets my attention these days are zones, systems, UI, and any other content that's alpha 2 ready. I want to pay asap and those are the things that suggest it's getting close
