One hidden benefit I'm looking forward to is player "guards". Guilds that own castles are going to be collecting taxes from players in that node. Meaning if you have a few pvpers making life hard for one node then players will leave for another. Giving a very real incentive to these top five guilds to think about other players experience. Nothing drives players like gold.
