From first impressions it looks like the FF14 UI is quite nice. What I would love to see is a UI that is fully customizeable. As far as minimism I hope they keep the borders, spacing, and labels fairly small. But a full customizable UI would all users to change it to their liking. Also a toggle on and off for every element with some user saved setups that can be changed with a single click. That way you can change your UI on the fly with a single click of the user preset. Crafting, click, Taming, click, Raiding, click and leave it up to the user what is displayed.
