  1. PVP so intense to kill off PVX and Skillcraft. Now with all that Bullocks out of the way …. A turn off, when kill stealing overrides productive PVX folks. That was my observation as a Everquest 2 player. Where is the balance? I believe you are siding with PVP. Please develop the Bounty Hunter system to balance the equation: Gank and Bounty Hunters. BTW, Bounty Hunters cannot do both? Best Regards, Skaff.

  2. When I'm speaking about deaf penalty and the loot drop that come with it , I currently us the difference between states and assuming that corrupted can't lose more than 100% of their loot. So my guess for launch would be at max a 25% loot drop for green , making 12.5% for purple and 100% for corrupted. But I could see it be 20% for green , making corrupted at 80% for their first kill and rising to 100% while murdering more peoples.

  3. Honestly this looks more like a moba. Look at the skills theres only like what a max of 15 keybinds lol that you can't even macro. In wow classic on my warlock I had like 30+. They need to stop making hardcore games that cater towards shitter casuals. Its also free targeting system which means they need to make hit registration and as we know even major FPS games struggle with hit registration. Therefore a mmorpg should never make action targeting system because history shows us even companies built around FPS games struggle with this.

  4. thank you for a vid as always Sir, imao looting 50% is way too much, it will put most of pve players off the game, regardless of corruption etc and without pve players any game is as good as dead as it will be full with 20-25 kids toxic and killing for 0.0001p seen it before and most of pve players leave the game shortly after game dies as there is no permanent core players apart from assassins' who end up doing castle sieges or gvg once a month, nevermind as already got a pack for em 500 but if the game goes this path sadly i wont be playing and its not only me as ppl are tired of constant pvp – most of us want to chill occasionally doing some pvp but not more than that but again i could be wrong my point of view is only based on over 18yrs of mmorpgs.Regards

  5. wtf. You know those systems aren't done and have only been implemented on a basic level. Why are you giving people the wrong idea? Yes, you get appropriately flagged but the penalties haven't been implemented yet.

  6. The mehanics ou listed sounded more like osrs than black desert, which is great, bdo pvp is kinda shit, you kill or die, nothing happens nothing matter, osrs you are tense and at risk

  7. I will say I've been very disappointed by Intrepid's response to the griefing of players during Alpha 1 pretest. I've had entire guilds follow us around the map even at one point spawn camping with a force of about twice the size of ours. Toast teleported in, watched us get killed, and said "It's not actually against the rules to pvp during alpha" and that we should "sort it out between ourselves." That said, PVP is an important part of testing, I just think it should be done with willing participants and if people are trying to explore they should just be left alone.

  8. 'There being a high chance that there's no more tests'

Um, the alpha phases are still a testing phases, even the beta phases will be testing. The game isn't releasing or in a release state, the only thing that's happening is it's moving from pre-alpha to alpha.

What makes you think that there will be no more testing? The next 4 phases are FOR TESTING

  9. AoC PvP system is kinda not bad but still feels weird to me since I'm an old WoW PvP player and used to attack opposite faction on sight without a problem. so I wish they would enhance that system with a way to allow players "who are welling" to engage world PvP without losing loot since i bet there are players like me who like to engage world pvp for the thrill not just material like a manual PvP flag or something that rewards PvP points rather than dropped loot. with corruption system active if a PvP flagged player attacks non PvP flagged player.
