Albion online have best economy in mmo genre
I'm so sad my PC isn't finished yet, missing out on the Alpha 1. I had plans on becoming a master crafter, now I must watch from the sidelines. I can only hope that I am able to earn enough money quick enough to be a late addition. Man am I excited though!
ISK is the ingame currency in EVE, and also the currency for Iceland.
I've just started playing Albion online myself and I find it to be a really balanced game with the number of things you can do as well as the PVE and PVP. Also, there is so many players on there all the time and everyone is really helpful, I find it to be a great community. I do think it is worth checking out even if you can't get to it right away.

Eve online courier contracts have an option for "Collateral"
If you breach a contract you lose the collateral
It is highly advised that you put up courier contracts with a Collateral. In fact every eve player knows that if they don't put up collateral requirement, their shipment would easily be stolen the courier if they so wish
This is how a courier contract works in Eve online
Player : wants to ship 15000 meter cubed volume of item from point A to B.
Player: checks out the various shipping services/organization ( some of these are huge and almost all have a website with an easy courier fare calculating tool)
Player : inputs the mass ( 15000m cubed in this case) , the list of items , the pickup and drop off locations, the time duration of the contract (how soon do you want it shipped)
Courier/couriers tool :
Calculates the courier pay for that shipment based on the mass, and the going rate between the two points. (based on distance, etc other measures)
Also shows what the total value of your item list is
This total value is the collateral from the courier.
Courier:
Courier cannot accept the contract unless they have liquid cash equal to the collateral available that they will be putting up for escrow.
Player:
Player pays the courier fee
Everyone goes as planned and the items get shipped your location within the agreed upon time in the contract.
If the courier runs away with the goods or even the ship carrying the goods get destroyed, the player is covered as the collateral is then released to you automatically.
With Albion online, They've just added some new open world features like a ctf like game that anyone in the area can participate in for rewards as well as other open world objectives to claim for either themselves or their guild. I think it would be cool if ashes adds some form of incentive to roam the open world like these fun games on the side.
Albion is an amazing game, but I believe it is past its “Golden Era”, not that it’s bad now, but it was better and had more players in the past. The full loot PvP and crafting player driven economy made the game immensely fun in groups and guilds, along with moba-esc style combat system that is the epitome of “easy to learn hard to master”. There is a lot of things I think games can steal from Albion, the open world PvP, GvG system, PvP Dungeons being a few of them.
You can still scam people in Eve even if you are in a corporation, ( as there is no in game mechanic blocking it), but most corporations worth their salt will instantly kick you and blacklist you.
People still scam if they can scam a huge amount cos they can leave the corp whenever. That's why eve 101 is to always be smart about potential scams

Talking about the food supply thing, I think this should be a thing for all aspects of the game. Repairing gear should cost a small amount of material as well as gold to keep the demand for cloth, leather, and metals high. One of the issues I have in WoW right now is that I have a herbalist/mining toon and while herbs sell pretty well since they are used for raid buffs, my ores are commonly left unsold on the market, especially the rare ores, to the point that to make money on mining, I actually need to go to old content and farm ores there for people trying to level their professions. If repairing gear cost material, you'd see more people actually buying and farming.

How about the dread aspect of the game?
Imagine you're getting lost in the deep, dark, and dense forest. By nightfall, you started to see some souls/wisps and heard their whispers. The map doesn't work, the fog's very thick, and then you'll notice monsters' red eyes.
In other MMOs, the trees are too far apart, and there are not many large trees. The only change during nighttime is the increase of mob's power level. I'd like to see mobs change their behavior and hear a spooky ambient sound at night.
They could also add more of these to the inspired Halloween event.
I recommend trying the lineage2 .. classic or some private H5 server with +-10% exp drop rate for the best gaming experience.
After Goddess of Destruction (Free2Play) patch is this game mostly p2w trash.
ps: game have uniqe gathering and crafting system(dwarfs) and if you decide to give it a try use Shots(melee+archer)(B)Spirit shots(mage)
