Devils advocate here, a 5 day vacation in this case is 9 days away, in the current game thats a decent amount of time. And if they dont deem what they did bad enough to ban them it makes sense to give someone a firm slap on the risk as a warning then let them get back to testing.
I think the punishments should have been a bit harsher in some cases. I also wonder too if the numbers are accurate, because I swear it was rampant 🤔🤔

I haven't been following or playing enough to know bans/consequences were coming. Like all things Ashes. I think this is another way for Steven to feel out the community and see how much they appreciate or disregard these types of actions. Ashes will only and always get better as players put their input in, appropriately. Rock on, Q.

So they got banned for testing for bugs, and reproducing bugs. Things you're supposed to do in a test environment lolololol
They are treating it like it's a live service. This games going to remain trash because doing anything except staying inbounds and doing basic skill rotations results in ban. This is embarrassing
If your game goes live with exploits in place you have only yourselves to thank tbh. You won't though. You'll blame the devs, after demanding they ban testers who are demonstrating and providing actual info about bugs during the alpha, imposing a chilling effect on anyone else who would do the same. You paid for your alpha I guess, it's fair to expect a game, nonetheless, new world 2 inc.
So the bans are only for alpha 2.. Should be for the entire future of the game.
