The price changes based on the taxes your mayor sets. The lowest they can set it to is 55 silver, it can go above 80
Can normal players get a flying mount?
i just got a rare cat with 135 speed out of it, so it seems random to get a rare or epic mount
I'd like to add that you can abandon "The Sweat of Your Brow" quest after getting the horse and do it again for infinite horses. I've made a bug report, so that may be fixed soon. more mounts means if they die, you have backups.
I tried 11 times to tame a mount each time I got beast of burden , I don't get it how you guys get the mount it seems impossible to roll it …
