For many years, we have been wandering through the world of MMORPGs, desperately trying to find something that could soothe our gamer souls. Playing on both, official and private servers was still fun, but we were always looking for something more. Lineage 2 Essence and Lineage 2 Revolution just couldn’t give us what we want, same as old school Lineage 2 Interlude servers.
Ashes of Creation MMORPG is an ambitious project by Intrepid Studios that is led by Steven Sharif. It aims to redefine the MMO genre by offering a truly dynamic and player-driven experience. At the heart of its vision is the concept of a living, breathing world where every decision players make has a lasting impact on the game environment. The game features a unique node system, deep crafting and economy mechanics, PvP & PvE elements, 8 archetypes and 64 classes, naval content, castle sieges and many other awesome in-game systems. The world of Verra is designed to be immersive, with a rich lore, intricate political systems, and deep crafting and economy mechanics that cater to both casual players and hardcore enthusiasts alike. Starting on October 25, you will be able to enjoy the gameplay firsthand by taking part in Ashes of Creation Alpha 2.

Lineage 3 is finally coming home. We hoped for AA to be it… We hoped for Lineage Eternal (TL) to be it… We hoped for L2 Classic to bring it back… None came to pass. AoC is the next hope. Probably is the last one.

If no PvE then dead game. Seems to lack that.
Lineage 2 has some awesome skill sounds and animations: resurrection, hurricane sounds are too good. Ashes sounds are too wimpy, for now. Animations are kind of meh and colors are all neons. Maybe they will be improved in the future. I really hope they will.
