  1. First again? I know for sure some big guilds are looking to set some exploits aside to use once the game launches but I'm hoping that the mass number of testers will find these hidden exploits and bugs.

I just don't want to see useless skills in the trees that no one uses… I love having my own identity in-game and being able to stand out in my own way. But if the meta makes it so you get kicked out of parties because you specced into this one skill instead of another.

Choice compared to the illusion of choice.

As for the bard, I'm hoping for active proximity buffs for the party and raid. I do not like the idea of long duration buffs. Also a rotation similar to the samurai in FFXIV. Depending on how you weave abilities together you can get different results.

  2. Last tue/wed (depends how much prep days they need that week) or friday (if the devs dont want a weekend) of september A2, wont be late august or early sept due to WoW expansion is like last week of august or something. There TnL mid sept too but i dont think that game will have much effect on AOC date it seems like a non factor game after open beta.

  3. actually Steven said you'd get a point every quarter level… thus have 200 points at level 50. (Although this is subject to change) by this we can see the skill trees are NO WHERE NEAR DONE. As we can expect that all 200 points will not buy ALL the skills on ALL the branches.

  4. here the thing i want with the bard. i want to be able to use my weapon and attack while im also buffing my team. look at over watch cause i think they do a great job with support classes. you arent just afk casting buffs on your party you are activly landing skill shots and attack. you 2 have very different views on what a support is. modern day support is somthing that is more active and even skillful. lool at games like league and dota and even overwatch and they will show you great and amazing supports. seems like you guys want a more afk go throuh your rotation approach
