  1. And you were gonna sleep on this one. Seeee. Tech-related stuff ain't THAT boring. Lol. To clarify, Intrepid is doing something a little different than Star Citizen if i picked up on it right. They're not utilizing a replicator like Star Citizen is. They're just doing direct server to server communication.

  2. I have to say I am very impressed with the team at Intrepid.

I really did not expect them to dive into this level of software development. Made even more impressive by the fact I figured this timeline without also developing a never been done before net code.

Ashes truly is the Star Citizen of fantasy MMOs.

It does likely mean A2 is likely to be at a minimum of 18 months. Even that feels conservative. It won't matter, though. If they succeed with this tech, it ushers mmos and online shared space games into a new generation.

  3. I've been chasing an 'epic battle' fix ever since Planetside 2. Ashes looks like it might be the first game to actually compete with it in terms of PvP at scale.

  4. Let 6s not also lose track of confirmed announcement stuff – July stream is BARD, A2 DATE, oh and…..MORE A2 KEYS TO BE SOLD "soon", as in nothing to do with waiting for the population to drop šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰

  5. Yeah, I've been "with them" for years and years now, holding out Hope that it was going to be Good. I even predicted September 30th 2024 for A2 during A1.
THIS, this showed me the technical stuff I understand to the point I now KNOW it's Coming and Real. To those not testing, see you in Spring 2027!

  6. Sounds great but with that power comes big responsibility, Auuum Shama I can sense invisible attacking players etc…. šŸ˜€ šŸ˜€ And another question…If server can handle 200 players in one battle, do your pc too? I have 4080 and 4k monitor and I am worried šŸ˜€ šŸ˜€
