I think the team will have to look at the number of people involved in the attack group because that's where the imbalance will occur (100 versus 50, etc.). I'm going to go out on a limb here and say this first, and we can revisit it here. The risk for the attackers is that they will have to be lower in number than the defender since there is much more loss to be a defender versus an attacker, as you mentioned here. I'm going to mention it here again, as I have done in other content creators' discussions. This game's direction has always been headed toward PvP in the open world. This was one of my major questions during the Apocalypse server testing, along with the gear progression dynamic (I thought Ashes PvP during this time sucked ass, to be honest, and I'm happy they changed it).
