Only a few more days until we get to see what the pvp is looking like in Ashes of Creation. This is a super hype stream and probably the most anticipated. They know what this stream means so they literally have to go hard because this is also a telling development update for those who haven’t been following the project as long.

What do you want to see in the PVP caravan showcase?
Let’s hope Steven is playing healer so we get some solid gameplay out of him haha.
I want to see Steven get rocked; haha! he is going to fire all the other Devs for making him look bad!
I want to see: "large" – at least 50 v 50; a full blown exploration of the PvP system, including how it affects nodes and the Corruption System; a minimum 10 wagon caravan convoy; a non-scripted battle (Steven on the attacking side, a surprise ambush at a location of his choosing), with the perspective of the "bandits" and the "merchants" shown; Confirmation that PIs are included in the test; an announcement of A2 server names and capacity; a definitive statement on the biomes available at the start of A2; a surprise introduction of Bard and Summoner archetypes; the transport of the caravan from the Riverlands to any other biome; a night time caravan attack; the mechanics of looting a defeated caravan, including how the "Stolen" goods are redeemed; exploration of the R-P-S philosophy insofar as it affects an attack on a caravan; and a partridge in a pear tree.

PvP isn't my thing, but I know it plays a big role in the design and gameplay of Ashes. I just hope to see smooth gameplay and the devs having fun playing. True unscripted fun goes a long way in showing me the potential come release day. Great vid Q!
