  1. You used the phrase "open beta" by which I thought you meant non-NDA testing. As far as I am aware, the phrase Open Beta has a particular and different meaning to the general gaming community, whereby it is understood to mean that anyone could potentially participate at the time of the Beta . As I am sure you are aware, AoC will only have closed testing, including Beta 1 and Beta 2, that will be, baring a "participation drought", available only to those who have pre-ordered the game by September of this year. It is my understanding at this point that all pre-order packs are going off sale at that time. As changing this would not set well with the 150 to 200K + who would have paid at least $250 for A2 keys by September, I would say the odds of this changing are low. I think that it is important to emphasize this in order to avoid any misunderstandings among the broader gaming community.

  2. I was unaware that they were that open about their operating policies. Let just hope they stay that way. And don’t get discouraged by to many people say “x and y” sucks but not giving any ideas on how to fix it. I am looking forward to seeing what they do next.
