You seem like a good channel but the entire copa cola thing is getting a bit cringe and the patreon head thing is also going that way, plus you seem like short films movie person and that's fun to watch. your balls or bulge isnt fun seeing.

I watch your videos for the unique entertainment style you bring. In other words, I watch for you, not because of AoC. I would recommend trying to branch out such as doing reviews for games (you mentioned playing Hogwarts Legacy?) Or start streaming on Twitch or youtube. I would be interested in other content you deliver outside of AoC

since ashes has nothing to show lately … … around the end of last year i actually was impressed to the point i paid alpha 2 money … but it still feels like alpha 2 will be getting announced in a bout a year and most likely wont be playable until late 24/early 2025 and for that reason i stopped watching you too

The main the reason I signed up to your channel was because of the intros. However, I would be perfectly happy with just a small intro relevant to the topic at hand like you used to do. The story arc intros are great and all, but I can see they definitely take too much time and aren't going to be appreciated as much by new viewers. Also, I think AoC videos don't get recommended much on YouTube because there is not many people searching out this game just yet because it's still in development. Im willing to bet as the game gets close to launch and news sites and people start talking about it more, that you will see a lot more traffic. I would recommend branching out and doing videos on other MMOs similar to how LazyPeon does them in the meantime until AoC gets close to launch, such as "I played XXX for 24 hours!" And basically say your thoughts about it as your playing and leveling.
Considering the game is NOT out and you r close to 50k subs is VERY FREAKIN IMPRESSIVE. Just imagine what’s gna happen when AoC drops. Everyone that currently watches you will tell their friends “the only person who’s been with the game since the early onset is…Narc” just that statement alone will drive new viewers to your channel.
Man, I love your content! I do not care about "ashes of creation" (my pc just won't carry), but your intros and line of thought are beautiful. I really upset to hear about youtubes new recommendation system hurting my favorite creators.

The reason why your channel no longer grows that fast, is simply because for the most of the time – your content is Monothematic.
In order words: "you are running out of the people" – People, who would be interested in Ashes of Creation.
You can't expect every person, every gamer to be interested with the game "that you like"; Especially of a not-released one.
You could try make your titles/thumbnails more clickbait-like ofc…
A common practice is creating curiosity in your potential new viewers, even BEFORE they click on your videos.
Titles be like: "You won't believe what this developer did!" or "This Controversial move, actually leaded to this" tend to work from what I have seen.
Perhaps making one, but really good video may pick up an interest of more people, including some content creators. I'm pretty sure a lot of subscribers you got thanks to Asmongold.
Many content creators started exactly like you. Heck, some of them had even LESS subs & views than you within 6 months. It takes time, work and dedication, to make a snowball to eventually keep rolling by itself… so yea, don't be too greedy.
I know it might be demotivating, but that's how it is. If you burnout so easily, then I would say – take a break for a while.
Make videos because YOU WANT and ENJOY doing this.
You shouldn't treat Youtube as a job you hate. – People WILL notice this in the quality of your videos.

Personally I'm not that much interested with Ashes of Creation, simply because combat looks boring (at least for me), and the fact that devs constantly selling "assests" of still NOT released game, simply disgusts me…
The reason why I'm subscribed is because I liked the form of your videos.
And I believe that even the most eager fan, will eventually get bored of repetition.

This is such a good thing to hear. I loved your video's covering Ashes but I had to stop watching. I'm here for game coverage and news not to watch you running around making anime noises in your underwear, I love that you enjoy making those segments but removing them from the game coverage is going to be helpful for at least me to not instantly click off. I think Steven should have you on the payroll until ashes comes out. You've probably driven a lot of people to purchase ashes alpha key or introduced them and gotten people invested in the game mentally

Maybe consider your approach to delivery is maybe "immature" for the more aged gamer, ie those that follow games before launch and have money 😀 HTH

I would still recommend doing short intro to usual videos and then doing seperate whatever, that's why the channel grew in the first place.

Honestly I think a big reason why you have an exploded is just because ashes of creation interest Goes through seasons of hype. With big announcements, big waves of hype. But I can only last so long until the game actually lunches. And when that does I feel like you’re gonna absolutely blow up and crush it.

The odd moment where most YouTubers complain 'only 30% of you are subscribed!' becomes 'my videos aren't being recommended anymore.
And yeah – I mostly see your stuff because I go through all my subscribed channels.
I don't always watch your videos, because while I'm interested in AOC, I don't care enough about it to keep up with most of the news around it (and tbh, I don't play MMOs anymore in general). I remain subscribed because you're an interesting personality. I think the new format will help a lot, and if you eventually decide to branch out, I'll happily get behind that too.
