This game’s aesthetics often give me Rift vibes. I miss that game. I wish Ashes was closer to release! It looks amazing!
I felt like what they showed was a bit too dark. Some of the mobs were very hard to see in the shadows. I feel like over a few hour session this would cause some serious eye strain
Honestly i am a little disapointed that we got to see the desert….Like dont get me wrong exciting to see it but i was looking forward to the full surprise on release of Alpha 2. I dont want to ""See"" to much. We need to be able to explore and experience in real time to…….I agree with you about the sky box 99.9999% of people wont be looking at the sky haha. However i will put my hand up to be the guild star gazer =). Your aussie guy who yes is still alive just been super busy with work.
Verra would never be dark-dark at night, because it has multiple moons.
Also, Minstrel is the best class.

what if an augment gets ball lightning to exploded at the end of its' path for a damage spike? What if with augments you can lengthen or shorten the path of your ball lightning (so people don't know when to expect it to explode) ?.? Maybe an augment has the pathway double back on itself? o.O These are easy programming changes that allow for even more player ecificy <3 Loving the look of the new ball lightning! (Keep it up Q, doing GREAT)
Honestly I'd love it if the time ingame is just like in real life.
If I'm playing at 4pm its bright, 11pm dark and in the morning when I don't go to work.. it's morning in aoc too..
Just like back in the day when I didn't go to school to play wow..
