To me, this seems like partial content for Alpha 2. I don't see 6 dungeons, only 2 ports, and three forests areas at launch seems less than expected (though there are 3 major forests mentioned already). We will have to wait and see.
80/20 was the split for dungeons 80% open 20% instanced , but with all the changes that have gone on from when game was started who knows. Raids are open world at this time
Thanks for putting spoilers in the tittle; I hope Ashes of Creation will be tighter on leaks so I don't see too much content like this one out on YouTube.
